Account Manager - Podcasters
RedCircle is a podcast monetization platform, providing a first-of-its-kind, fully-automated podcast advertising solution. With our ad platform, RAP, advertisers can execute high-scale / high-performance podcast media buys on hundreds of shows in just a few clicks. For podcast creators, RAP provides important revenue and a streamlined system for managing complex ad deals. In short, RedCircle is about getting podcasters paid while helping advertisers grow through podcast ads.
We're looking for a Podcast Account Manager to join our team, focusing on podcaster support, onboarding, and long-term success. In this role, you'll work closely with creators to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience, their information is up to date, and their campaigns run effectively. You'll be the go-to point of contact for podcasters answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping them engaged with the RedCircle platform.
This position is based in Los Angeles or Boston and follows a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in the office).
