Mergers And Acquisitions Transaction Coordinator & Administrative Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our M&A team in transaction coordination, financial analysis, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate M&A transaction activities and maintain client and deal databases
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documentation
- Conduct financial analysis including DCF, accretion / dilution, and comps
- Support due diligence and efforts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform market research to identify acquisition targets
- Build and maintain financial models to assess deal impact
- Prepare reports, pitch decks, and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards
- Manage multiple projects with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field OR 35 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equityProficiency in Excel and financial modelingStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh level of integrity and professionalismBenefits :
