Essential Job Functions :
Responsible for making the A / P vouchers for all the invoices to be processed, updating the checkbook as needed, as well as the price sheet for inventory.Responsible for all End of Month Reports and ensure that the Profit and Loss Statement is accurate.In charge of preparing the accruals and sending to corporate for postingCompare statement against payment reports to ensure that all vendors are paid in a timely manner.Input monthly inventory and ensure that the checking account Distribute weekly reports to Food and Beverage Manager.Responsible for all bank audits of the resort with witness.Assist with placing orders for F&BIssue tips from Owner Parties to employees and ensure tip sheet is turned in for payroll every Monday.Work w / 3rd party vendors to ensure accurate payment and activity.Prepare and distribute daily F&B Retail Revenue report.Prepare and distribute team meeting minutesVendor list maintenanceOne Note Uploads training, temp logs, certificates, etc.Team recognitionsEnsure that the department bulletin board has the needed posters and information for employees.Backup for HOA Accounting Coordinator as needed.Entering tips & payroll.Qualifications :
