Job Summary :
This position is responsible for the administrative functions within the Operations Department to include schedules, reports, and note-taking while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Functions :
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of New Season / CMG within and to customers outside the company.
- Act always in the best interest of the company; honor, support, and protect the proprietary rights of the company. Maintain confidentiality and safeguard the operations of the business.
- Actively communicates in a professional manner any operational updates in a timely fashion ensuring all stakeholders / participants have clarity in expectations.
- Provide administrative support for the Operations Department to include data entry, scheduling meetings, tracking meeting attendance, and taking notes.
- Assist Sr. Director of Operations and Executive Leadership Team with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) including scheduling, notetaking and follow-up
- Provide ongoing support with data entry, auditing, and reviewing of center operational metrics.
- Provide customer service and support for both internal and external customers for Operations related processes.
- Communicates effectively to ensure deadlines are met with high quality, accurate reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguards the operations of business.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Proficient in Google Office Suite.
Education / Certification : A High School Diploma or GED.
Required Knowledge : Must be computer literate and have knowledge of all Microsoft products as well as Google Suite.
Experience Required : Experience working independently and meeting deadlines without supervision. Previous health care experience is a plus.
Skill and Ability : Must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable, reliable and flexible.
