The Director Portfolio - EPMO is a senior leader within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office responsible for driving strategic alignment, portfolio governance, and enterprise prioritization to ensure the right work is initiated and resourced. Reporting to the Executive Director of the Transformation Management Office within the Office of Strategic Advancement, the Director Portfolio EPMO partners in a dyad relationship with the Program Director to bridge strategy and execution across the enterprise. This role serves as the central point of accountability for evaluating proposed initiatives, managing the portfolio lifecycle and enabling informed investment decisions. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership, Finance, Strategy, Operations, IT, and clinical stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, balance risk, and deliver enterprise value through a strategically aligned portfolio of programs and projects.

EDUCATION :
Required : Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field of study.
Preferred : Master's degree, preferred in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field of study. .
EXPERIENCE : Required :
7 years of overall work experience in a healthcare environment or business leadership role, with at least 5 years of experience in a portfolio management role
5+ years of experience championing organizational change and transformation, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions
Proven ability to develop processes to drive enterprise value
Proven ability to coordinate disparate program and project demands for prioritization and delivery
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRY / LISTING :
Required : Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Agile Scrum Master Certification
Preferred : Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Certification, Agile Product Owner Certification, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Certification
