Senior UX / UI Designer – Large-Scale Website Rebuild (AI-Friendly)
Overview
We’re a fast-moving marketing agency building high-converting websites and digital experiences for major brands. We’re kicking off a flagship corporate website rebuild that demands exceptional UX / UI thinking, design precision, and forward-looking creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the UX / UI design process for a large-scale corporate website rebuild
- Translate business and content requirements into clear information architecture, wireframes, and polished design comps
- Collaborate daily with project managers, developers, and content strategists to ensure alignment from design to launch
- Build and maintain a scalable, responsive design system to guide development and future updates
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, Framer AI, Relume, etc.) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and creative exploration
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive best practices are baked into every design decision
Who You Are
Experience : 5+ years in UX / UI design with a proven track record designing large, multi-page corporate or B2B websitesPortfolio : Demonstrates strong design thinking, problem-solving, and an ability to move from wireframes to pixel-perfect UIsTechnical Fluency : Expert in Figma, with working knowledge of modern web capabilities and limitationsMindset : Curious about emerging design tech, including AI-powered design toolsCollaboration : Comfortable working in an internal, cross-functional agency team environmentNice-to-Haves
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)Basic understanding of HTML / CSS for developer handoffPre‑Qualification Questions
