What does a PEO Sales Representative do?

As a Full Time PEO Sales Representative at Comploy, you will drive new business by owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, making you the maestro of #PEOSales! Identify leads, deliver engaging demos, and close deals with confidence, all while building real relationships with prospects and clients to understand their unique goals and challenges. You’ll be a true product expert, translating our technical value into meaningful business outcomes that resonate with customers. Collaborate to elevate your success as you work closely with our marketing, customer success, and product teams, turning valuable insights into actionable wins. Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to exceed expectations and celebrate the hustle that propels you toward success in the #Sales arena.

To thrive as a Full Time PEO Sales Representative at Comploy, you’ll need a unique blend of skills and energy! Having 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the #PEO sector, will set you on the path to success. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential, as you’ll be crafting compelling narratives that resonate with prospects. A high-energy, high-integrity attitude will help you tackle challenges with a no-excuses mindset, ensuring you stay motivated even in the face of ambiguity. Being CRM savvy is a must, as you'll navigate through customer relationships with ease.

Lastly, a passion for growth-stage scrappiness will help you adapt and innovate in our fast-paced environment. If you embody these qualities, you’ll be well on your way to excelling in the exciting world of #PEOSales and making meaningful contributions to our customer-centric culture!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • PEO experience preferred
