We are seeking an innovative Associate Product Manager to join our product team and ensure that our products remain competitive. In this role, your duties will include analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends, evaluating consumer feedback on our products.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to adapt quickly to change and scale up rapidly on new skills. First-class Associate Product Managers are industry experts who identify new product features that provide businesses with a competitive edge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Collaborating with the product development team.
- Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, competitive intelligence and consumer trends.
- Analyzing consumer research data
- Determining improvements to product features.
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals.
- Preparing project status and risk management reports.
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
- Market and External Analysis
- Monitoring and reporting on legislative, policy and advocacy trends and changes in the market
- Monitoring, researching, and reporting on public health funding trends, including where funding exists and how to access it
- Supporting legislative and policy agenda through data gathering and writing up OraSure positions across areas of interest
- Logistical Support
- Compiling forecasts and inventory summaries to identify trends and areas of concern
- Supporting new commercialization activities by working with Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product gets to groups pre-commercialization by coordinating cross-functionally across the company
Qualifications
Education :Bachelor’s degree with scientific exposureWork experience :Prior experience in customer servicePrior product management experience within the medical device space a plusProject management experience a plusPrior experience in the infectious disease or substance use spaces is a plusOther skills :Entrepreneurial initiativeDetail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skillsDemonstrated ability to execute projects / tasks successfullyAn understanding of or willingness to learn technical details about our productOraSure and its subsidiaries is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all.
