At Slack, we're on a mission to make work simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive programs at the intersection of product, technology, and go-to-market strategy turning big ideas into business impact.

Why this role matters : You'll be a strategic connector across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, ensuring that technical execution directly supports customer value and company growth. Your initial focus will be Product-Led Growth initiatives improving ACV through experimentation, billing infrastructure, purchase flows, and reducing team attrition.

What you'll do :

• Drive programs end-to-end, from ideation and design through build, launch, and adoption.
• Translate business goals into clear execution plans for technical teams and vice versa.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, product, marketing, sales, legal, and security to bring features to market.
• Build scalable operational systems that streamline planning, testing, releases, and outcome measurement.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and craft mitigation strategies.
• Influence leaders across functions with clear storytelling, connecting day-to-day execution with strategic outcomes.
• Create repeatable processes that balance speed, quality, and impact.
