Qualifications :

• Prior Sales experience / Automotive Sales experience, A Plus.
• Open to ALL brand experience, Ford experience, A Plus.
• CDK / ADP experience is a PLUS.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.

The annual Estimated Earnings Range is $41,092.00 - $158,700.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
