Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications and services within a microservices architecture
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in software development best practices
Architect complex systems and define technical roadmaps to align with long-term business goals
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
8+ years of server-side web development experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior role
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
Expert-level knowledge of full-cycle web development, software design, and system architecture
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering complex, high-volume systems
Strong ownership mentality and a track record of driving projects to completion
