This is a high-volume pediatric emergency department offering flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and Rhino Medical’s signature white-glove support. Assignment Highlights Location : Memphis, Tennessee Specialty : Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) Start Date : Upon credentialing Coverage Term : Long-term (6 months) Shifts Available : ~10 shifts per month Shift Structure : 12-hour shifts — 6 : 30a–6 : 30p & 6 : 30p–6 : 30a Coverage : Day & Night shifts ED Volume : ~24,000 annual visits (2–2.5 pts / hour) ED Beds : 10, expandable to 14 Staffing Model : Physician-led team with 20 hours of APC coverage daily Scribes : Not provided EMR : Epic Privileges : Temporary privileges available with clean file and active license Clinical Scope / Responsibilities Full-spectrum pediatric emergency medicine across all acuity levels Stabilize and manage pediatric patients presenting to the ED Collaborate with APCs to ensure comprehensive patient care No admitting orders required Candidate Requirements Board Certification / Eligibility : ABP, AOBP, ABP-PEM, ABEM, or AOBEM PEM fellowship trained preferred Pediatrics with 3 years PEM experience accepted Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS required Experience : Pediatric emergency experience required Why This Opportunity?
