About the Role

You will sell Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products through inbound and outbound leads using phone, email, and video. You will identify client needs, present smart coverage solutions, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What Youll Do

Engage potential clients and close new business daily.

Manage your pipeline using modern CRM and quoting tools.

Educate clients on coverage options that truly protect their assets.

Maintain follow-up discipline and meet or exceed monthly goals.

Work closely with agency leadership to maximize results.

What Were Looking For

Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.

Proven closer with a strong sales background (insurance preferred).

Competitive and driven personality you love to win.

Professional communication and follow-through skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, digital environment.

California P&C License preferred (or willing to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Sell P& C and Life Insurance to clients in CA
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Build quick rapport and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Prior sales or insurance experience is required. Minimum of 2 years continuous sales experience is required.
• Ideal for motivated, growth-minded individuals who communicate well

Requirements

Bilingual- English and Spanish is required

P&C or Life / Health license required

Prior Sales Experience. is required

Attendance and punctuality are essential in this role

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
