Compensation :
- Hourly pay : $19 - $24.50 / hour (once RBT-Certified)
BT Paid Training : Colorado minimum wage
Sign-on bonus : Up to $500 (for teammates who have completed the 40-hour RBT coursework and pass their RBT competency assessment within the first week , or for those bringing an existing RBT certification)Performance bonuses : Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completionGuaranteed hours : 30 hours per week for certified RBTs in good standing, regardless of client cancellationsWhy Behavior Technicians Choose Woven :

Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventionsImplement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs® to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviorsUse discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independenceCollect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technologyCollaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill masteryRespond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and familiesParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with best practicesWhile services are primarily clinic-based, we also serve in-home patients. If you are required to provide in-home services, you will be appropriately trainedQualifications : Required :

Physical Requirements :
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time
