A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate payments by primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients
Conduct thorough and timely patient account follow-ups for accurate accounts receivable reporting
Manage cash collection metrics and resolve reimbursement issues with insurance companies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED completed
Recent experience with healthcare denials and appeals
Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and medical policies from payers
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferred experience with validating medical contract payments and CA Managed Care
