Accounting Specialist Work Location :

  • In person Knoxville, TN Full-Time Pay Range : $18.00 - $22.00 / HR  Position Summary : The Accounting Specialist supports the accounting department with day-to-day financial tasks.
  • Their responsibilities typically include data entry, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling general administrative duties.

  • Attention To Detail Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Attitude : Enthusiastic, positive, teachable Dependability : Punctual and reliable with strong time management  Duties Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

    • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
