Hourly Pay : $25.00 | Monday - Friday - Choose from 7 : 00-4 : 00, 7 : 30-4 : 30, 8 : 00-5 : 00

Our client in the real estate industry is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the team! The team is easy going, highly collaborative, and friendly. The position is 100% on-site in a beautiful office and provides free parking in their private lot.

Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Review, code, and process incoming vendor invoices and subcontractor payments
• Resolve vendor statement discrepancies when necessary
• Set-up and maintain vendor records
• Record journal entries
• Assist w / 1099 processing
• Assist with reconciliations
• Assist with maintaining general ledger
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities
• Support accounting team in various areas
• Record construction job cost allocations
• Assist in fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules
• Assist w / documentation and reports
• Collaborate with project manager and internal teams to ensure proper cost coding
