Key Responsibilities
Own a revenue expansion quota for a seasoned SMB book of business
Partner with CSMs to engage customers at key lifecycle events and manage renewals
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities through outbound prospecting
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management)
Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment through new business or cross sales
Experience managing a high-volume SMB customer book of business
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities
