Job descriptionJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record ( Class Years 2020-2022 ) Active Bar Admission in Florida , in good standing 3-5 years of substantive insurance coverage experience, preferably representing policyholders or insurers Litigation experience , with familiarity in first- and third-party insurance policies and insurance policy interpretation Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with demonstrated initiative and leadership ability Professionalism : Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence; eagerness to engage in pro bono matters Represent policyholders and insurers in complex insurance coverage matters , including litigation and arbitration Draft , analyze , and interpret first - and third - party insurance policies and related agreements Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of insurance coverage issues Handle motion practice , discovery , and trial preparation for litigated matters Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions Engage in direct client communication, offering practical and business-focused guidance Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to start at $260,000-$365,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
