The Professional Marketing team drives strategic programs, educational opportunities, and new product releases to Invisalign® trained Orthodontists and their staff in the US. The team is focused on accelerating loyalty and utilization of the Align Digital Platform™ and iTero™ among Dentists and Orthodontists in the US through impactful educational initiatives. As a Marketing Manager, Education Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our education initiatives by supporting and executing on the education strategy set by the North America Professional Marketing team to meet the changing needs of Orthodontists and Dentists that differentiate Align Technology, Inc. as a best-in-class education provider. Overseeing seamless execution, you will be the architect of our marketing communication strategy, ensuring timely and accurate integration of education activities across omnichannel marketing. Your role involves developing a compelling narrative aligned with our messaging framework to resonate effectively with customers. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting channel digital enablement, where you will creatively tackle operational challenges and spearhead initiatives to enhance data capture and analysis. Through your expertise, you will contribute to optimizing our digital platforms, enhancing the user experience for internal partners and external customers, ensuring the effectiveness of our online education presence. As a key contributor, you will implement robust tracking mechanisms and analysis processes, ensuring meticulous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your insights will be crucial in evaluating the progress of our educational programs against business objectives. In this role, you will… Help to accelerate loyalty and utilization of the Align Digital Platform™ among Orthodontists and dentists in the US through impactful educational initiatives. Provide operational support for diverse educational activities such as courses, webinars, tradeshow presentations, and workshops. Own and optimize the digital enablement process, implementing automation to streamline manual workflows for enhanced operational efficiency. Partner with global Ed tech team to stand up virtual education through LMS platform Own analytics related to education course attendance, including creating and tracking KPI’s and measuring ROI of education events and investments. Effectively communicate timelines and manage deliverables from faculty and subject matter experts, including presentation decks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical experts to ensure content compliance, accuracy, and alignment with current trends and innovations. Amplify messaging to support strategic business goals through education initiatives. Develop compelling copy for marketing assets and collateral. Assist in the development and execution of new courses and modalities to stay ahead of industry trends, ultimately increasing Invisalign utilization. Collate key performance data from various sources to develop a holistic view of education performance and ROI, mapping them to strategic business goals. Develop and manage educational marketing communications plans to amplify messaging to support strategic business goals through education initiatives. Represent Align Technology, Inc. at national tradeshows and regional events. Ensure effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines, maintaining a commitment to safety policies, practices, and procedures. Actively participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Undertake other duties assigned to contribute to the team and organization's overall success. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience 5+ years of marketing or related experience, dental or medical device education, or sales training preferred Strong digital experience, with proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and BI CRM experience preferred LMS experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse customer audiences Strong capabilities to interface and collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks/ projects Strong analytical skills and thrives in a detail-oriented environment Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 30%
