Technical Project Manager – ICAM Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, mission-critical web-based systems. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience as a Lead Engineer in ICAM environments and demonstrate deep domain knowledge of federal ICAM standards and implementation guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and execution of ICAM-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and federal compliance requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and security professionals to deliver secure and scalable ICAM solutions.
• Translate business and security requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Ensure adherence to the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source ICAM tools and technologies based on project needs.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
