Job Description
The Associate will be representing top tier clients on sophisticated asset backed lending and structured finance transactions.
Role will work directly with Partners and offer a clear path for career growth.

The Successful Applicant
- JD from top US Law School
- Excellent academic credentials
- NY Bar Admission
- 4-6 years of top law firm experience gained at a top law firm
- Top law firm + relevant in-house experience will be considered
- Experience working on asset backed transactions and structured finance transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
