General Description :
The Workforce Development unit at the Community College of Philadelphia seeks part-time instructors with expertise in lean startup methodologies to support training designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community innovators. Ideal candidates will bring strong, hands-on experience in areas such as customer discovery, business model design, MVP development, and iterative product / market testing, along with a proven ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-aligned instruction. These noncredit courses and workshops prepare students and community members to transform ideas into validated business models and scalable ventures using lean startup practices. Classes may be offered during daytime and / or evening hours at the Community College of Philadelphia or at partner and community locations throughout the Philadelphia region.
Workforce Development provides noncredit education to businesses, organizations, and individuals wishing to enhance their skills and meet professional goals. We offer a comprehensive menu of high-quality continuing education and career-training programs delivered by expert faculty and staff.
