2nd and 3rd shift available, with training provided during the off-shift hours.

Responsible for performing incoming, in-process, and final product testing for resin, milling, and paint plants. This position will support production and ensure product quality and compliance with applicable standards and customer specifications prior to shipment.

SALARY RANGE :

$21.04to$31.16. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.

Strong color matching skills, ability to make critical color decisions for key customers.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to identify and define problems, collects and analyzes data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure appropriate flow of information.

Ability to interact effectively with team members, co-workers, and managers.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion

Displays courtesy, tact and respect when dealing with others.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to meet strict deadlines using time management

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Highly developed computer skills in Excel, Word, Access database

Ability to work off shift hours in order to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
