A company is looking for a Department Content Manager responsible for overseeing and managing content related to various teams within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee content related to the Appraisal Review Team and the Condo / Co-op Team or the Credit Policy and Underwriting teams
Track and manage all departmental content updates across multiple platforms
Ensure all content is reviewed and updated regularly, maintaining accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
3+ years of residential mortgage underwriting and / or credit risk experience
Experience managing and writing content such as guidelines and policies
Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred
Proficiency in SharePoint, intranet systems, and Microsoft Office applications
