A company is looking for a Call Center Collector to manage delinquent accounts and arrange repayment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts through customer contact and documentation review
Arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss
Utilize telephone and written correspondence for effective communication with customers / clients
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in collections and / or customer service activities
Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures
Familiarity with fair debt collection practices and related laws
Ability to organize and interpret information effectively
