About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Security Engineering & Architecture to lead and oversee its security engineering, SecOps, AppSec, and security architecture functions. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence, experience in managing high-performing teams, and a background in global organizations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of the company's systems and data. The Head of Security Engineering & Architecture will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of security, including the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures. They will also be involved in incident response, risk management, and security awareness training. Applicants for the Head of Security Engineering & Architecture position at the company should have a background in security engineering, with a focus on DevSecOps, secure CI / CD pipeline architecture, SAST / DAST, IAM, and blue team SecOps tooling. Experience with security code reviews, OWASP Top 10, and ISO standards is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach, with 15% of the time dedicated to technical tasks, and 85% to management duties. The ideal candidate will be an efficient and effective communicator, a problem solver, and have a strong enterprise background. The Head of Security Engineering & Architecture will be expected to be fluent in Mandarin and have a proven track record of managing lean, high-performing teams, particularly in a global setting.
