Director, Global Security Systems

Reporting to the Vice President, Security Operations and Security Technology, the Director, Global Security Systems will oversee the strategy, implementation, and operation of SPEs global physical security technology infrastructure. This includes access control systems, video surveillance, alarm systems, GSOC support systems, and other cutting-edge security technologies. As a critical leader within the Corporate Security team, this individual will develop and maintain a secure environment across all SPE and affiliate locations while ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives. This role will also drive convergence between physical and logical security systems, leveraging emerging technologies to create a cohesive and innovative security framework.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

• Define and execute a comprehensive vision for SPEs physical security systems globally.
• Align security technology strategy with corporate goals and One Sony initiatives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with future growth including operational and strategic support for other Sony operating companies as needed.
