About The Position

• Experience with patient ratios of 1 : 6

Description :

Seeking a Registered Nurse for our rehabilitation unit.

The nurse will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities include administering medications and performing assessments.

Nurses will conduct dressing changes and set up sterile procedure trays.

They will perform phlebotomy and label specimens.

The role also involves telephone triage and managing patient refill requests.

Candidates should be skilled in interpreting laboratory results and conducting health assessments.

Experience with conditions such as CVA, TBI, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological diagnoses is required.

Nurses will work with diverse patient age groups including adults and geriatrics.

The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Candidates must be prepared to float between units as needed.

Compliance with facility requirements is mandatory for successful onboarding.

The nurse must be aware of and pass the required EKG exam during the compliance process.

This role will require working weekends and holidays as needed.
