We are looking for passionate and dedicated InstructionalAides and Behavior Technicians to support our students in the Orange Countyregion. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engagingenvironment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervisingchildren, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors,and ensuring the well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Assist inplanning and implementing daily after-school program activities.

Developand encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children'sdevelopment

Maintaina safe and positive environment for the children.

Ensurethe cleanliness and orderliness of the facility

Followall program policies and procedures

Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Previousexperience working with children is preferred.

Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Abilityto work effectively in a team environment.

Enthusiasticand positive attitude.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Full Time or Part Time

During school hours and afterschool program available
