Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Associates Needed Great opportunity with well-known utility company available! This position will be fully onsite, Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm. This is a temporary position, with potential for temporary-to-direct hire. You will be : Working in an inbound, call center setting Assisting callers who may be experiencing outages, issues with their service, or require emergency response Also addressing any general questions, and / or processing bill payments Scheduling for initial service start up, or discontinuation of service Please have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and be a reliable team player.
