EMS Operations Manager
Oversee the daily operations, administrative functions, and support services of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division. Essential functions include supervising staff, managing daily operations, assisting with budget preparation and revisions, managing fiscal issues, responding to inquiries and complaints, overseeing grant applications, managing logistical operations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, preparing proposals and contracts, developing strategic plans, managing staff schedules, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, preparing executive summaries and reports, managing professional standards, developing policies and procedures, communicating with other departments, conducting staff meetings, and researching EMS responses. Additional functions include performing special assignments and other related duties as required.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, five (5) years of related experience, and a valid Florida Driver's License. Supplemental information includes salary offers based on qualifications and potential requirement to work during emergencies.
