The Position : Assistant General Manager

We need an outgoing, high-energy people-person who thrives in a goal-driven environment. You'll work side-by-side with the GM to lead your crew to success.

What You'll Do :

  • Give tours + close sales for memberships and personal training
  • Take charge as "Manager on Duty"
  • Support team meetings, promotions, reports + scheduling
  • Lead by example on sales and service

    • What We're Looking For :

  • High vibes + people skills
  • Love for fitness and helping others
  • Proven skills in sales + member service (MSR level or above)
  • CPR / AED Certified (or willing to be)
  • Bonus points for a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketingor 13 years of sales / management experience

    We're SIR Fitness, an expanding Crunch Franchise based in Southern California. Our locations include :
