Assistant Manager

Part-Time 28-32 hours per week .

Lalla Grill Oceanside on Cannery Row is looking for an experienced part-time assistant manager to join the team. The needs are 4 day shifts typically 10 am - 5 pm. Pay depends on experience ranging from $25 - $27 per hour. We're looking for a self-starter, professional, with a positive attitude.

Job duties include but are not limited to :

• Floor managing.
• Managing FOH staff.
• Managing labor requirements.
• Coordinating and facilitating the operations and communication between BOH and FOH.
• Attending to customers' needs.
• Greeting customers.
• Answering inbound calls.
