To be successful in this role, candidates must possess and perform the following;

• Valid and Current New York State Security Guard License
• Exceptional work ethic
• A commitment to taking care of fellow officers, our clients, and their property
• Adhere to all Company service and operating standards
• Immediately respond to emergencies & provide necessary assistance
• Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
• Develop thorough knowledge of both the property and its personnel.
• Oversee and enforce access control protocols to ensure security standards are met.
• Perform regular vertical and perimeter foot patrols to detect and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain standing or seated for extended periods as required by duty.
• Exhibit strong professional conduct and interpersonal communication skills.
• Identify and assess potential security risks within the property to mitigate any threats.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via security radios.
• Operate and manage scanning equipment for security purposes effectively.
