This position is Extended Part-time with a schedule requirement of 32 hours per week. The City of Irvine seeks a passionate and motivated individual for the Extended Part-Time Public Safety Assistant - Records position. Specifically, this position performs a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment to support the department and the community. The division is responsible for maintaining the department's confidential records and ensuring proper policies are followed when handling and distributing information. The primary duties of this position include :

• Data entry.
• Researching and validating information within reports.
• Processing requests for police reports.
• Disseminating records of a sensitive nature.
