Positions Details :
- Locations : Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk Counties
- Specialty : Medical / Surgical
- Full-Time hours are 3 - 12 hour shifts per week and every other weekend
- Day Shift - 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM
- Night Shift - 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM
- Always in person

The Registered Nurse ICU responsibilities and skills :
- Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of ICU patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
- Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care
- Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
- Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition
- Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients
- Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge
- High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient
- Professional accountability and development
Requirements :
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
- 1-year experience in the ICU in an Acute Care setting
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
