The Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and delivers exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings by maintaining their knowledge of the company and day -to -day operations. The Customer Experience Representative also assists with inbound phone calls and emails regarding account questions (dues, balances, etc.)
