Development Team Lead

A company is looking for a Development Team Lead to guide a team of software developers in delivering high-quality applications and features.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and feedback

Participate in hands-on development, code review, and technical design decisions

Work closely with product owners and cross-functional partners to define requirements and timelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of professional software development experience

2+ years in a lead or senior developer role guiding teams

Proven experience building applications with React and related technologies

Experience in Ruby on Rails for developing and consuming RESTful APIs
