About the Opportunity :

The primary purpose of this entry-level position is to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to our internal clients. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and strong critical thinking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform asset searches in preparation for Legal Department evaluation

Review and compile collection referrals from client operations

Review and approve resident refunds

Review requests for write-offs of uncollectable resident balances

Perform document searches and retrievals

Provide other Accounts Receivable support functions as needed
