Description

Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring for both Mill and Lathe Machinists for our 1st and 2nd shifts ! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

(Offering a highly competitive wage pending experience!)

  • Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up / Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing.
  • Set-up / Operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning.
  • Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part-specific operations, which would be noted on the job router.
  • Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents.
  • Seek supervisory help if the machine fails or measurements get completely outside limits.
  • Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
  • Check to make sure the Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.

    • Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets. CNC Mill Machines.
  • Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
  • AS9100 Experience a plus
  • Ability to read GD&T Code
  • Ability to use all measuring tools.
