Apartment Administrative Assistant – New Brunswick, NJ

$20–$22 / hr | Full-Time

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM

BGSF is seeking an organized, customer-service–driven Apartment Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at a multifamily community in New Brunswick, NJ. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

🗂️ What You’ll Do

  • Greet residents, prospects, and vendors with professionalism
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front-office communication
  • Assist with leasing-related admin : applications, data entry, document formatting
  • Maintain resident files, digital records, and office organization
  • Support service request coordination and follow-up
  • Communicate with vendors and assist in scheduling
  • Help with community announcements, notices, and mail distribution
  • Provide general office support to the Property Manager and leasing team

  • Prior administrative or leasing office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable transportation
