Join a growing team where innovation meets precision manufacturing . We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, manage capital and product launch projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product projects from concept through production, including cost analysis, DFM review, tooling design, and planning
• Identify and implement Lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kanban, Poka Yoke, TPM, etc.)
• Reduce cost, scrap, rework, and setup time across equipment and processes
• Develop and maintain production documentation packages
• Troubleshoot tooling, machinery, and process issues to support quality and efficiency
• Partner with New Product Development teams and report to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering

Requirements

Schedule : Full-time | Onsite

Employment Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Compensation : $100,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)
