Leasing Administrator

A well-established New York City real estate firm with a portfolio of 8,000 residential units is seeking a Leasing Administrator to oversee and enhance the operations of its residential leasing department. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of departmental processes, ensure compliance with NYC leasing regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. This is an on-site role in Long Island City with an annual salary of up to $80,000.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of lease administration experience within NYC, including rent-stabilized, rent-controlled, and market-rate properties
• Strong organizational skills and ability to restructure workflows and establish clear departmental procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
