Job Summary
The Associate Onboarding Account Manager supports the long-term success of our dealer partners by ensuring they are engaged, supported, and equipped to maximize the value of Pricebook Digital tools. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a set of dealer accounts and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
The Associate Onboarding Account Manager reports directly to the Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Manager to establish and support multiple dealer projects and ensure all deliverables are completed on time by respective parties.
- Learn and help oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for new clients, from initial setup and configuration to live implementation.
- Serve as a PricebookPlus expert, providing in-depth product demonstrations, training, and guidance to clients on utilizing the platform's features.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks during the onboarding process, working with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with team members and clients, fostering trust and promoting a positive internal work culture and customer experience.
- Maintain professional and effective communication, both written and verbal, with clients and internal teams. Provide timely updates on onboarding progress, resolve issues, and document key information in Hubspot.
- Ensure a smooth transition for clients to support teams after successful onboarding completion.
- Work closely with a diverse team to provide superior quality customer service and maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner supportExperience in SaaS, distribution, supply chain, or B2B environments preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCollege degree or equivalent preferredOrganized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), reporting dashboards, and shared documentation platformsEfficient and effective problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to focus and maintain organization and attention to detail while multitasking in a challenging, fast-paced environmentSkills
