Johnson Brothers, a Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers to join our team as a Loader Operator in Benton, AR.
Duties :
The Operator's primary function is to operate a Finish Blade, Blade, Roller, and / or Loader at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures;
equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed
- Operates a Blade, Roller, Loader, and / or Finish Blade to complete tasks such as grading and move and / or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate
- Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
- May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks;
complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
May perform other related duties as required
Requirements :
- DOT Experience REQUIRED
- 1-3 YEARS Operating Experience
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- This job requires the ability to perform essential job tasks in less than favorable job conditions. These may include, but are not limited to : Performing strenuous work in varying temperatures, humidity, sand, wind, or other extreme inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time.
