Communications Director

A company is looking for a Communications Director to lead the evolution of its global communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure research and advocacy shape impactful policies and practices worldwide

Empower staff and partners to share inspiring stories that shift narratives and address power imbalances

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in strategic communications, advocacy, and senior leadership roles

A proven record of translating complex ideas into compelling messages and narratives

Strong organizational leadership and exceptional management skills

Experience in fundraising and staff capacity development

Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is highly desirable
