Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising for our retail store at Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ .

The role's purpose is to create a unique shopping experience at Fabletics stores, emphasizing a strong branded environment to support business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards through merchandising and product management, collaborating with the Store Manager to foster a positive employee environment via coaching and training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

How you’ll play to Win

• Act as a communication liaison between corporate and store execution, ensuring visual impact aligns with brand direction.
• Manage the brand aesthetic, adapting merchandise presentations and displays based on product and store architecture.
• Coordinate with HQ Visual teams for product placement, fixture layouts, and window installations during corporate floorset rollouts.
• Conduct in-store trainings using VM tools to develop store talent.
• Address store deficiencies such as fixtures, mannequins, lighting, and overall fixture needs.
• Maintain organization and cataloging of visual props, mannequins, and fixtures; oversee inventory from delivery to RTW.
• Participate in leadership visits, presenting visual successes and opportunities.
• Applicants must be 18+ years old.
