Job overview : The Visual Merchandising Senior Manager will lead the execution and operational implementation of in-store visual merchandising programs, managing seasonal floor sets, product presentations, and alignment with brand standards and business goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations to improve the customer experience and drive conversion through visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and lead the execution of visual merchandising plans across retail locations, including seasonal rollouts, promotions, and product launches.
- Translate brand and marketing strategies into actionable visual directives that reflect current trends and business priorities.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of planograms, signage, and floor layouts for assigned categories or store formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Merchandising and Marketing to ensure alignment between visual presentation and promotional campaigns.
- Provide visual merchandising training, tools, and guidance to store teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Manage vendor and production timelines for in-store visual materials, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance, identify opportunities, and gather insights for future improvements.
- Monitor retail performance metrics to evaluate the impact of visual strategies and recommend data-informed optimizations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Visual Merchandising Specialists or Coordinators, fostering growth and accountability.
Skills You Will Need
Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, customer behavior, and store operations.Ability to manage large-scale merchandising rollouts and execute multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a solid sense of spatial design, balance, and color.Strong project management and organizational skills, with a results-driven approach.Effective communicator with experience collaborating across departments and levels of leadership.Proficiency in interpreting sales data and customer insights to drive merchandising decisions.Proficiency in planogram software and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Ability to lead and inspire others through coaching, training, and clear communication of visual standards.Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Design, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in visual merchandising within a multi-store retail environment.Experience managing visual merchandising projects across multiple regions or store formats.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a corporate or field support environment.Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%) for store visits, openings, or seasonal installations.Benefits
