Overview
The Operations and Visual Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team, accountable for bringing Alo’s operational and visual strategy to life in the store. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and visual execution to maintain an efficient and customer-ready environment. Duties require movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back of house, with initiative to perform other tasks as needed to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
- Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
- Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data
- Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries
- Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation
Business Leadership
Represent the business in meetings and conference calls in partnership with the General ManagerMonitor and partner with the General Manager to manage the budget, reporting, and business data, including metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru), informing planning processes (e.g., quarterly business reviews, sales planning)Plan for future business needs to protect optimal performancePeople Leadership

Full-time availability required for opening, closing, and weekend shifts. All employees must be able to work during the company’s Blackout period (from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season).
